So This Is Christmas
It is hard to believe I have not updated my blog since October. We have been so busy this fall, both Derek and I working, Adriana in full time daycare and me back at University. So far I have finished 2 courses which leaves 8 left. I am registered for one in January, one in May, and hopefully 2 over the summer which would leave 4. The faster I finish the faster I can get a full time job! Derek has now started his new job at Metropolis at Metrotown. Adriana and I hope that we will still get to see him during the week. Adriana is usually in bed by 7:30 and me 9:30 so we will keep our fingers crossed.
Adriana wasn't sure about the snow but she sure did love it in the sled.
Santa visit #1 as you can tell she was crying.
A fun night with cousins Shayla and Ailish
I helped the girls build a fort and all 3 cuddled up inside.
This year we decided to actually go and cut down a tree. Still not exactly what I call going out for a Christmas tree but it is much better than pulling up at Save on Foods and buying one.
Santa visit #2 still crying
Adriana with Daycare Momma and all her friends. They rented a hall and had a big Christmas party. Adriana was so excited to see Santa for the 3rd time, but as you can see she still cried.
A Visit to the North Pole with Daycare. Here she is Ice Fishing.
While eating lunch at the north Pole Santa arrived and she was so excited. She kept yelling "Hi Santa". As you can see attempt #4 still tears.

Family Photo Shoot
Last weekend we had a Family Photo Shoot at Stewart Farm in South Surrey with Deb Brown Photography. We used Deb for Adriana's new born shoot and thought we would do a family shoot this year rather than Sears Portrait Studio. We are so happy with how the photos turned out, we weren't sure how Adriana would be as she usually turns her face as soon as she sees a camera. As you can see from the photo's this wasn't the case, she was a little ham! We are not reviling one of the photo's as it is the one we have chosen to give out in our Christmas cards so you will have to wait to see the cutest one!
