I am now 22 weeks pregnant with baby #2. Adriana is determined it is going to be a girl and insists we call her Snow White. Size wise I am slightly smaller than I was with Adriana but I am starting to "feel' and "look" pregnant now. My SI joint has been in a lot of pain this last week. This pain didn't start until l7 months with Adriana so I am hoping it will go away. My midwife has suggesting going to a Naturopath to get a saline/sugar injection in my buttocks. Doesn't sound like my cup of tea but at the rate of my pain I think I may have to try it.

The Big Cut
My school was raising money for Cancer and a couple teachers volunteered to shave their heads so I thought I should do my part as well. Lindsay graciously volunteered her talent to snip my 12.5-inch ponytail off. It was a big change and I am still adjusting to the new length that does not fit into a ponytail. I am hoping that it will grow fast but feel really good about donating my hair to kids whom have lost their hair due to Chemotherapy.

Snow Shoeing
We finally got out and went snow shoeing. It was great, the sun was shinning and it was awesome to breath in some fresh crisp air. Adriana enjoyed herself for the most part. I think it might have been a bit too cold for her as she cried all the way down, poor girl. She still talks about snowshoeing so it couldn't have been that dramatic for her.

So This Is Christmas
It is hard to believe I have not updated my blog since October. We have been so busy this fall, both Derek and I working, Adriana in full time daycare and me back at University. So far I have finished 2 courses which leaves 8 left. I am registered for one in January, one in May, and hopefully 2 over the summer which would leave 4. The faster I finish the faster I can get a full time job! Derek has now started his new job at Metropolis at Metrotown. Adriana and I hope that we will still get to see him during the week. Adriana is usually in bed by 7:30 and me 9:30 so we will keep our fingers crossed.
Adriana wasn't sure about the snow but she sure did love it in the sled.
Santa visit #1 as you can tell she was crying.
A fun night with cousins Shayla and Ailish
I helped the girls build a fort and all 3 cuddled up inside.
This year we decided to actually go and cut down a tree. Still not exactly what I call going out for a Christmas tree but it is much better than pulling up at Save on Foods and buying one.
Santa visit #2 still crying
Adriana with Daycare Momma and all her friends. They rented a hall and had a big Christmas party. Adriana was so excited to see Santa for the 3rd time, but as you can see she still cried.
A Visit to the North Pole with Daycare. Here she is Ice Fishing.
While eating lunch at the north Pole Santa arrived and she was so excited. She kept yelling "Hi Santa". As you can see attempt #4 still tears.
